The National Research, Development and Innovation Office, in cooperation with the EMG Group, organized a 2-day, practice-oriented “H2020 project management” course for project managers/researchers who actively involved in the management of H2020 projects. The training was organized online between October 12-13, 2020.
The workshop was attended by Ildikó Erhardt, the project manager of ENeRAG.
The training prepared the participants for the H2020 project manager and H2020 coordinator tasks through real-life examples and a practice-oriented approach. The training also covered the professional, legal, administrative and financial aspects of project management.
